The Ocala Police Department is asking for the public’s help in identifying two suspects who allegedly scammed an elderly woman.
According to the OPD, the two suspects (pictured below) approached the elderly victim at the Caliber Carwash on E Silver Springs Boulevard. After the suspects convinced the victim to withdraw money from her bank account, they allegedly stole the cash from her.
An OPD detective is also investigating a similar incident that occurred near Sam’s Club that allegedly involved two male suspects.
