To the Editor:
I’m a 5th generation Floridian. I’m very concerned that Ocala is on the verge of losing the title of Horse Capital of the World. Florida has a very delicate ecosystem and it is being tested every day. We are overbuilding and cannot sustain this pace. The water supply is in jeopardy, and where is the waste going? Horses cannot survive on asphalt and concrete. Do not cut another tree until you check where the water is coming from and where the waste is going.
