Designed by architect Hal Thomas Reid, the property is located along SE 14th Avenue, just one block outside of the Historic District and one mile from downtown.

The property was built in 1967 and offers multiple living arrangements. In total, the space offers four bedrooms, three bathrooms, and sits on an over 9,500 square-foot lot.
