To the Editor:
What is going on with the traffic light timing on 484 near the intersection of 475? Every afternoon, I get stuck in traffic heading west while going from my home to work. I live six miles from my place of work, but it takes me up to 1.5 hours to drive that distance. This is ridiculous.
The lights are not timed correctly to allow the huge amounts of traffic to get through that very congested area. People get angry, make really unsafe maneuvers, and block the intersection instead of allowing turning vehicles to go through. Someone is going to go berserk one day and you will have a road rage incident to contend with.
Come on Marion County Traffic Control, do something about this please.
