Man wanted by Marion deputies for stealing homing pigeons

The Marion County Sheriff’s Office is looking for a man who was caught on a surveillance camera stealing over $2,000 worth of homing pigeons from a local residence.

On August 14, 2023, a masked male suspect traveled to a home located in the 18760 block of NW 53rd Court Road in Reddick and stole the homing pigeons. The theft, which occurred shortly after 3:40 p.m., was captured on a surveillance camera at the residence, and the sheriff’s office shared two photos of the suspect (see below) in a social media post.
