To the Editor:
The charging system for electric bills is intentionally flawed. For example, in SECO, they do not work with the regular calendar, and they have months of up to 34 days. And with that, they accumulate consumption in that month to charge the high consumption rate unjustifiably, but that adds up to several million annually if it is done with all consumers in the county. In principle, it is a fraud and in fact a crime.
