‘Party in the Park’ free concert at Tuscawilla Park on Veterans Day

A free concert will be held at Tuscawilla Park on Saturday, November 11 featuring an Allman Brothers tribute band.

“Party in the Park” will be held on Veterans Day, from 12 p.m. to 5 p.m. on the Jenkins Outdoor Stage at Tuscawilla Park (500 NE 9th Street in Ocala).

The event is free to attend for all ages and will feature an opening performance from local guitarist John Copeland at 12:15 p.m.

A performance of the Star-Spangled Banner will take place at 1:45 p.m., followed by a concert from Steelin’ Peaches – An Allman Brothers Revue.

After a brief intermission from 3:15 p.m. to 3:45 p.m., Steelin’ Peaches will once again take the stage to close out the show with a second set.

In addition to live music, there will be food trucks, local art, and a variety of vendors. Beer and wine will also be available for purchase.

This event will be held rain or shine. All attendees are encouraged to bring a blanket and chairs.
