A local recycling center is hosting an event this weekend for Marion County residents who are looking to get rid of their unwanted furniture.
The collection event will be held on Saturday, November 18, from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Salt Springs Recycling Center, which is located at 13580 NE 203rd Avenue Road in Salt Springs.
During the 10-hour event, the recycling center will be accepting sofas, bed frames, mattresses, box springs, dressers, benches, chairs, lamps, tables, and more.
