Due to the installation of new sidewalks near an Ocala elementary school, motorists can expect temporary lane closures along SE 79th Street, between the intersections of SE 41st Court and Juniper Road, beginning next week.
Starting on Wednesday, December 27 through Friday, January 12, Hartman Civil Construction will be conducting storm sewer and sidewalk installation in the vicinity of Legacy Elementary School (8496 Juniper Road in Ocala) as part of Marion County’s “Sidewalk Improvements” project.
Workers and equipment will be located in the county right-of-way.
Crews will place barricades and signs to direct traffic through the work zones. Travelers should expect delays and use alternate routes when possible.
Adverse weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances may affect schedules.
