A home that was built in 2021 in Golden Ocala Golf & Equestrian Club just sold for the first time for nearly $2.7 million.
Located at 3336 NW 77th Avenue, the .46-acre property sold for $2,699,000 on April 15, according to Marion County Property Records.
The property features a 3-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom, 3,169-square-foot home that was built in 2021 by Luetgert Builders. The home is located in the Brittany Estates subdivision of the community, on the third tee box of the community’s golf course.
The home features a collection of upgrades, including two fireplaces, a 3-car garage, hickory wood floors, custom-made iron front doors, a large driveway, and two private toilets in the master suite.
According to Realtor.com, the home was originally listed in September 2022 for $2,650,000. The home was eventually removed and re-listed in October 2023 for $2,850,000.
The price was lowered twice this year before the listing was removed in February of this year.
The property was re-listed again for $2,750,000 a week later and incurred a price change two weeks after that.
The home is one of several that have been sold in or near the prestigious equestrian community in recent months.
Another home located on the 18th Fairway of the Masters Section of the community sold for $4,350,000 on April 1. That property sold for under half that amount less than three years ago.
Nearby, another estate that belonged to the president of Maui Jim sold for $6.4 million.
