An equestrian estate in northwest Ocala was sold for $2.8 million around the same time that two other horse farms nearby were also sold for millions of dollars.

The 21.84-acre property at 13120 NW 82nd Street Road in Ocala sold for $2,800,000 on November 27, according to a deed filed with the Marion County Clerk of Courts on Thursday, December 5.

The property is situated west of U.S. Hwy 27/441, just under 10 miles northwest of the World Equestrian Center in Ocala.

The site was sold by Sharon R. Perzy and the Sharon R. Perzy Family Trust to Tony and Elizabeth Woodall, according to the deed.

The property features a 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom home that was built in 2000.

The home features a large pool and patio area, a Sauna, a five-car garage, a security gate, and a palm-tree-lined, circular driveway.

In addition to the home and additional amenities, the property also comes equipped with a barn that has room to operate 10 stalls.

The sale of yet another horse farm in northwest Ocala came on the same day that a 12-acre horse farm in Reddick was sold for $2.2 million.

A day before the other farms were sold, a nearby, 100-acre farm was sold for $6.4 million.

A few weeks before those farms were sold, a 38.65-acre property nearby was sold for $3,665,000. And another nearby nearly 47-acre portion of a horse farm sold for $4,400,000 a just a few weeks before the others.
