A new Culver’s has officially opened in west Ocala.

The new restaurant celebrated its grand opening at 3637 W Silver Springs on Monday, May 19.

Owned and operated by Manny Montañez, the new location broke ground at the site in west Ocala last October.

The new restaurant serves butterburgers, chicken, seafood, sandwiches, and value baskets, among other items.

Ocala-News.com first announced the city’s second Culver’s last fall. The restaurant was built by Campbell Construction.

The first Culver’s in Ocala opened in 2021. Founded 40 years ago by George, Ruth, Craig, and Lea Culver, there are over 1,000 Culver’s locations across the country, including over 120 in the state of Florida.

The new Culver’s restaurant is open seven days a week, from 10 a.m. to 11 p.m.
