The first Chipotle Mexican Grill in Belleview opened its doors on Monday.
Located at 10356 S US Hwy 441, the new restaurant is situated next to the first Starbucks in Belleview. That business has not yet announced an opening date, although construction on the structure appears to be complete.
The new Chipotle features the brand’s signature “Chipotlane,” which is a drive-thru pick-up lane that allows customers to pick up digital orders.

Ocala-News.com first reported on the new establishment in May, when the Belleview City Commission first approved an agreement to construct new businesses at the former Belleview Hills site.
The new Chipotle in Belleview is open from 10:45 a.m. to 10 p.m., seven days a week.
The site formerly housed Belleview Hills until residents of that subdivision were told to abruptly vacate after One Oak Belleview purchased the property.
Outside of the Belleview location, there are only three other Chipotle locations in of Marion County. All three are situated in Ocala: One opened earlier this year next to the county’s first Sprouts Farmers’ Market, and another opened last year in east Ocala.
