A new Ellianos Coffee drive-thru on Maricamp Road is set to open in Ocala next week, while another location on Pine Avenue is also nearing completion.
The new Ellianos Coffee shop along Maricamp Road has officially announced that it will open its doors on Wednesday, July 1.
The store is located at 4335 SE Maricamp Road, near Forest High School, and is currently in the process of training its staff in anticipation of the launch.
Once open, the Maricamp Road location will operate from 6:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Monday through Saturday, and from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Sunday. The shop is owned by Abshier Holdings, a company registered to Emery and Selena Abshier.
The Abshiers previously introduced the brand to Marion County when they opened a location in Belleview in February 2024.
Meanwhile, construction is nearly complete on another new Ellianos Coffee drive-thru located along South Pine Avenue. While an official opening date has not yet been announced for the South Pine Avenue site, work on the structure has progressed significantly.
The South Pine Avenue location, along with a separate upcoming site on SW 20th Street, is being spearheaded by the Crews family. The father-and-son team selected the South Pine Avenue corridor due to its proximity to downtown businesses, while the SW 20th Street site was selected for its convenience to the nearby College of Central Florida campus.
These new storefronts will bring the total number of Ellianos locations in Ocala to five.
The Maricamp Road shop joins two existing Ocala operations located at 7682 SW Highway 200, which opened in late 2024, and 101 SW 60th Avenue, which opened last year.
Additional Marion County locations are currently operating in Belleview and Dunnellon. The Florida-based brand is known for its signature drive-thru menu featuring espresso drinks, smoothies, breakfast sandwiches, and various baked goods. While the third Ellianos Coffee in Ocala is taking shape along Maricamp Road, two other newly announced locations will bring the brand’s total presence in the city to five stores later this year.
The Florida-based specialty coffee brand confirmed that construction has begun on new drive-thrus along South Pine Avenue and SW 20th Street, joining three other existing or in-progress sites across the city.
