The Dunnellon Chamber of Commerce is hoping to use recently acquired city funds to promote tourism to the city.
During the Monday, October 11 meeting of the Dunnellon City Council, council members voted to approve $2,000 to assist the chamber in its efforts to “implement and develop a website to promote tourism with the city limits.”
According to city records, the chamber must provide an accounting of all expenditures of the public funds and must return any unused or misappropriated funds.
