Detectives hope distinctive tattoo will help identify woman’s body found in Ocala National Forest

Major Crimes detectives with the Marion County Sheriff’s Office are hoping someone can identify a distinctive tattoo on a woman whose body was found in the Ocala National Forest on Tuesday.

Detectives are seeking the public’s help in identifying the body of a woman who has this tattoo on her right shoulder.

The tattoo wraps around the woman’s right shoulder and depicts an American Robin perched on a branch with red/pink blossoms and a blue background.

The woman’s remains were located near the intersection of E. Road 40 and 115th Avenue.
