Historic 12-room inn near Downtown Ocala on the market for just under $1.2 million

A historic Ocala boutique inn is on the market.

The Shamrock Historic Inn, located at 215 S. Pine Avenue (U.S. Hwy. 441), has been listed by Thomas Oldenborg Re/Max Premier Realty and Connie Pendleton of Ocala Business Brokers for just under $1.2 million. The bed-and-breakfast-type motel is located near downtown Ocala and offers 12 guests rooms with “cozy and eclectic” themes.

The Shamrock Historic Inn offers 12 guest rooms with ‘cozy and eclectic’ themes and a manager/owner apartment.

“This is the type of setting one would see in New Orleans, Key West or San Francisco,” the listing says.

The property includes a manager/owner apartment with a check-in lobby. The inn offers laundry service and free WIFI, as well as clean rooms “with lots of repeat guests.” It participates in Air B&B and other online booking organizations “with lots of high reviews,” the listing says.

The inn sits on a .29-acre piece of property on the main thoroughfare through Ocala and is close to restaurants, shopping, the courthouse, hospitals, coffee shops and more.
