Marie Dorn Croft, 91, of Brooksville Florida passed away peacefully in her sleep on April 9th, 2023, in Ocala Florida. Marie was born in Brooksville Florida to Johnnie Mae Mott on June 4th, 1931. She was a homemaker and enjoyed growing and working with her plants and flowers, which she received many ribbons in Tampa, Florida during the Florida State fair.
Marie is survived by two sons Craig Croft and James Croft both of Ocala Florida, A Daughter Christine Knighten (Kenneth) of Ocala Florida, 10 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her husband of 55 years, William Hanson Croft, two sons Robert W Croft and Roger Dale Croft and a grandson William James Hansen Croft.
Family visitation will be held Friday April 21st, 2023, 11:30am to 12:30am at Roberts of Ocala Downtown. 606 SW 2nd Avenue, Ocala, FL, 34417.
Graveside Service will follow immediately at 1:30pm at Bushnell Florida National Cemetery. 6502 SW 102nd Ave, Bushnell, FL 33513.
In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made to St. Jude’s Children Cancer Network or Children’s Miracle Network.
