Patricia Jane Jones, 81, born December 21, 1941, passed away April 22, 2023 in Ocala, Florida. Patricia was a devoted wife and mother whose dedication to her children was like no other’s. She found great joy and delight in her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Her life-long passion was making a warm, loving home and caring for her family and loved ones. Patricia had unwavering faith and lived a life of love and sacrifice to others.
Patricia, known to many as Maw-Maw, was preceded in death by her husband of 66 years, Virgil J. “Mike” Jones and is survived by her son Jerry Jones and wife Leslie and their 2 children and 3 grandchildren, son Scott Jones and wife Kathy and his 2 children and 6 grandchildren, daughter Donita Jones and her 2 children and 3 grandchildren, daughter Patti Varnadoe and husband Bruce and their 2 children and 3 grandchildren and son Bo and wife Courtney and their 5 children.
A Celebration of Life will take place Monday, May1, 2023at One Life Fellowship, 3740 East Silver Springs Blvd., Ocala, Florida 34470. The morning will begin with visitation for family and friends at 9:00am followed by a service at 10:00am.
