Candy donations needed for Halloween ‘Boo Bash’ event in Ocala

The City of Ocala Recreation and Parks Department is currently in need of candy donations for its Boo Bash event that will be held on Halloween at the Mary Sue Rich Community Center at Reed Place.

This family-friendly indoor event will take place on Tuesday, October 31, from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m., and it will provide a safe place for children to go trick-or-treating. In addition to candy, the event will offer a variety of games and spooky activities.

Candy donations for the upcoming Boo Bash event will be accepted at the Recreation and Parks Administration Building (828 NE 8th Avenue in Ocala) through Friday, October 27, between the hours of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m.
