Over two dozen food trucks serving a variety of cuisines, including Mexican, Jamaican, Puerto Rican, and Dominican, are now open for business weekly in Marion Oaks.
Ocala Food Trucks is officially open for business at 2655 SW Hwy 484 in south Ocala. The new collection of trucks will be stationed at the site every day from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m.
The site features several popular trucks that have made a name for themselves around town, including El Rincon Chino, which cooks up Chinese food with Puerto Rican twist, and La Isla del Frappé, which serves up Puerto Rican meals and pinchos, which are similar to tapas.
Additional participants include FlowPR, Mi Patio, Tacos Lucas, and OD’s Jerk Grill, among several others.
With its opening, Ocala Food Trucks now becomes one of two food truck sites in the city, joining the food truck park that opened at the Ocala Downtown Market in 2021.
