The site of a new artisan market at the Paddock Mall has been cleared as crews work to completely renovate the space.
Workers are making brisk progress at the new Paddock Market, which is currently under construction at the mall.

The facility will replace the old Sears at the mall, which is located at 3100 SW College Road.
As of this week, tens of thousands of square feet within the structure have been cleared to clear the way for further development.
When complete, the facility plans to feature restaurants, vendors, local artists, and other businesses.

The project is led by BSD Capital. The company plans to open to the public this fall.
According to BSD, the Paddock Market will feature 20 “restaurant-ready” retail spaces. Each of those spaces will be just over 2,000 square feet in size.
The space will also feature 78 booths that are each around 340 square feet in size, as well as 12 popup kiosks.

Paddock Market is currently accepting applications from interested food trucks, restaurants, local artists, craft vendors and other businesses that want to join the space.
This year, the Paddock Mall has welcomed multiple new retailers, including Blossom Juicy Bar, MINISO, and Florida Fishin’ Apparel, and Windsor.
Several more businesses are on the way:
- Popeyes is currently under construction at the food court
- An unspecified business will replace Starbucks, which abruptly closed its location at the mall last week.
- A new Pandora is planned for a space in the mall.
