Margaret Owen, 97, January 18, 1921 – May 4, 2018.
Silver Springs, FL / Cottage Grove, MN – Margaret was born in Washington, DC and passed away peacefully in her daughter’s home where she lived for the past eight years. She was a member of the Ocklawaha Bridge Baptist Church and retired as a librarian in the East Marion School.
She is survived by her daughter, Jane Zimmerman; her son-in-law, Jay Zimmerman; grandchildren, Scott, Kevin and Wendy; great grandchildren, Morgan, Nate, Megan, Dayton, Jayde and Tanner.
Preceded in death by her husband, Keith; and son, Lynn.
Funeral service will be held at 1:00PM, May 14, 2018 at the Ocklawaha Bridge Baptist Church, Lynn, Florida with burial services to follow. She will be laid to rest next to her late husband and son. In lieu of flowers, please make a donation to the church.
