The Marion County Sheriff’s Office identified the man as Anthony Brady, who turned 47 earlier this month.

Marion County Major Crimes detectives are still searching for Brandon Lee Brown, 32, in connection with the double shooting and attempted robbery at a Summerfield home located at 9425 SE 145th Place. The sheriff’s department hasn’t named the second shooting victim but said he was released from a local hospital last week.

Detectives have upgraded the charges on Brown’s warrant to second degree murder, attempted second degree murder, attempted robbery with a firearm and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon. He is considered armed and dangerous. Anyone who sees him should call 911 right away and not approach him.

He has been found guilty in Marion County courtrooms of driving with a license suspended or revoked, resisting or obstructing an officer without violence, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, possession of cocaine, sale of cocaine, not wearing a seat belt as a passenger in a vehicle, battery, speeding, fleeing or attempting to allude a police officer using lights and siren, giving a false name to a law enforcement officer, no valid driver’s license and possession of marijuana not more than 20 grams.
