Our beloved mother, grandmother, great grandmother, great great grandmother, sister, aunt and friend, Barbara Jean Reed Fales, 79, went to her heavenly home on Wednesday 3/30/22.
Barbara was survived by son Dennis (Wendy) Fales, son Danny (Kristie) Fales, daughter Judy (Ken) Fox, son Donnie Fales, and son Gary (Kay) Fales. She was known as Granny to her 11 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild. She was known as Sister to Jo Anne (Monte) Horton, John (Francele) Black, Larry (Wendy) Reed, and Jesse “Corky” (Kay) Reed.
She was preceded in death by her loving husband Tillman Walter Fales Jr, her parents (Jessie D. Reed and Lenora (Carr-Black) Reed), her brother (Jimmy Ray Black) and sister (Betty Chance).
Barbara was a faithful woman who loved the Lord, her family, and the church. She adamantly believed in the power of prayer, joy and laughter and could be heard many states away cheering “Roll Tide” for her Alabama Football team.
