2024 Tuscawilla Art Park Series lineup and dates announced

The City of Ocala’s Tuscawilla Art Park Series will return on select dates throughout January and February 2024.

The events, which will be held at the Tuscawilla Art Park located at 213 NE 5th Street, will include:

  • O-Trak Chalk Walk on Saturday, January 27, 2024, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
    • Walk along the O-Trak to watch live chalk art drawings by artists competing for Best in Show, Second Place, and People’s Choice. Winners of the professional chalk art competition will be announced at 5:30 p.m. in the Tuscawilla Art Park.
    • Create your own chalk drawing at the Art Park for $10. Chalk will be provided by Ocala Cultural Arts along with a square in the park.
    • There will also be live music, local artisans and craftsmen, and food trucks.
    • This event is free and open to the public.
  • Beginning of Bolted Art (BOBA) Bruch on Saturday, February 24, 2024, from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m.
    • This event will feature music, brunch, and mimosas on the platform of Ocala Union Station.
    • In addition, an artist panel will discuss various topics about the Ocala Outdoor Sculpture Competition.
    • Admission is $35, and tickets will be available online beginning at noon on Friday, November 17, 2023. According to the city, $5 from every ticket sold will benefit the Ocala Public Art Maintenance Fund.
  • Sculpture Stroll Celebration on Saturday, February 24, 2024, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
    • Celebrate the installation of 10 new sculptures at Tuscawilla Art Park and Tuscawilla Park.
    • There will also be sculpture tours, live music, local artisans and craftsmen, food trucks, art activities, and game booths with prizes.
    • This event is free and open to the public.

Vendors, nonprofit organizations, and food trucks interested in participating in the Art Park events can apply online. To be considered for an event, applications must be fully completed and any fees must be paid.
