City of Ocala business offices will be closed on Monday, January 15 in observance of Martin Luther King, Jr. Day.
Due to the holiday, there will also be no residential collection for sanitation, yard waste, or recycling routes on Monday.
Residential sanitation and Waste Pro recycling collections that are regularly scheduled for Monday, January 15 through Thursday, January 18 will experience a one-day delay and will instead be collected on Tuesday, January 16 through Friday, January 19.
The SunTran bus system will remain unchanged during the holiday. SunTran’s hours of operation are Monday through Saturday, from 5 a.m. to 10 p.m.
