Nancy Jane Haydon

Nancy Jane Haydon (77) of Ocala, Florida passed away on March 10th, 2024 in Ocala, Florida.
Nancy (affectionately known as Nana) was born in Cleveland, Ohio to Edward P. and Marjorie M. Millhof on June 27th, 1946. She worked for the Marion County School System for 35 years.
She is survived by her beloved husband of 54½ years Richard E. Haydon; Sister Faye Siler; children Tessa Orlando (Vince), Cindy Beers (Ed), Traci Shelton (Rickey), Terry Haydon (& family); Grandchildren Rick Barnett (Amanda), Justin Barnett (Michelle), Amber Beers, Amanda Beers, Jessica Peña (Emmanuel), Brittany Brown (David); Great grandchildren Kaleigh Beers, Jackson Barnett, Jameson Barnett, Jagger Barnett, Mason Barnett, Aubrey Barnett and Luca Peña; extended family including special nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents Edward and Marjorie Millhof, brother Jerry Millhoff and sister Susanne Underwood.
Nana loved her family dearly and was known for hosting large family get togethers throughout the years. Her children and grandchildren were her pride and joy. She always made it known that her family was life’s greatest blessing.
Throughout her life she enjoyed making memories and traveling with her best friend and husband Dick. Together they traveled to all 50 states and played more rounds of golf than we can count.
Nana always knew what mattered most in life was the people you share it with. Not only did she love her family, but she cherished her friendships as well.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 23rd at 1:00 pm at Ft. King Presbyterian Church, 13 NE 36th Ave. Ocala, FL 34470.
