A 130-acre horse farm in northwest Marion County was just sold for nearly $3 million.
The multi-acre property located at 13418 NW Highway 225 in Reddick was sold by Robert Davidson as representative of the estate of the late Bruce Davidson for $2,958,471.40 to William Bello and the Bello Family Trust on Thursday, March 20.
According to Marion County property records, the late Davidson purchased Chandelle Farm, Inc. in 2001 for $850,000. Its sale 20 years later represents a 350% increase in price between sales.

The property features a 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom home built in 1974 and a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom manufactured home built in 1988.

Additionally, the farm includes 2 training barns, a stallion barn with five stalls, and a brood mare barn with 12 stalls. There are additional accommodations in the barns.
According to records, the property is currently zoned agricultural (A-1).
