The city of Belleview revamped its dock at Lake Lillian earlier this year, just a month before updating its city seal to match the changes.
On April 1, city of Belleview officials unveiled the newly renovated dock at Lake Lillian, which is located at SE Robinson Road.
Constructed by local company Creative Dock Design of Eustis, the new deck debuted alongside the city’s yearly fishing derby earlier this year.
The old deck was completely redesigned and replaced over the course of several months of construction.
Since reopening, the area has played host to multiple events, including its regular Foodie Fest food truck series.
In May, the city unveiled its new seal, which prominently features Lake Lillian. The new seal was designed by Angelica Rodriguez, a graphic designer based out of Clearwater.
