The City of Ocala’s Growth Management Department, in collaboration with the Marion County Building Industry, will host a roundtable event next week for members of the building community.
On Thursday, December 7, the event will be held from 7:30 a.m. to 9 a.m. at Ocala Golf Club, which is located at 3130 E Silver Springs Boulevard in Ocala.
Guests attending the meeting are encouraged to bring a new and unwrapped toy for the Toys for Tots program.
This meeting will focus on maintaining open lines of communication and collaboration between the City of Ocala, Marion County, and professionals in the building industry, according to the city.
The free event will provide an opportunity for local contractors, engineers, architects, and other building industry professionals to connect with city officials to learn more about city grant programs, processes, and resources; share feedback; and collaborate on opportunities for refinement.
A complimentary breakfast will be served to all attendees.
