Two thieves were caught on video surveillance last week while stealing bicycles from an RV lot.
The two initially rode past a recreational vehicle early Friday morning while it was parked at the Silver Springs Camper Garden and then came back on foot about an hour later. They then used bolt and wire cutters to release the bikes, a Marion County Sheriff’s Office report states.
A short time later, the men rode away on the bikes, which has prompted the sheriff’s office to ask for the public’s help in nabbing the bandits, one of whom clearly can be seen on the surveillance footage.
