A Fort McCoy man is back behind bars after being arrested Sunday for allegedly violating his probation.
Bryan Scott Taylor, 29, of 15541 NE 235th St., was originally placed on probation in July 2018 after being convicted of burglary and petit theft stemming from an arrest in January 2017.
An arrest warrant issued Feb. 5 stated that Taylor violated his probation by failing to report to his probation officer, refusing to submit to random drug and alcohol testing, and by changing his residence without getting consent from his probation officer.
He was arrested by Marion County sheriff’s deputies and is being held without bond in the Marion County Jail. He’s due to appear in Marion County Court on March 1.
