A new event center in Ocala celebrated its grand opening this past weekend.
Evenue is now open at 1043 NE 14th Street, taking over the former location of Urban Axe Throwing in the 14th Street Plaza.
Owned and operated by Yadira Dominguez, the event space has an open floor plan and can be transformed into a variety of settings.
The business is capable of hosting weddings, receptions, corporate events, parties, conferences, networking events, workshops, and private events.
“Whether you’re hosting a small wedding reception, a baby shower, a workshop, or a networking event, our space can be tailored to meet your specific needs,” reads a statement from the company’s website.
Evenue also features a kitchenette that allows for the preparation of refreshments, appetizers, and “light bites,” among others.
Chairs, tables, and decorations may be included with a reservation. In addition, Evenue offers assistance with setup and decorations, and the company also maintains a list of recommended local vendors that cover a variety of services.
