A slew of local homes available for rent in Ocala are making waves among Airbnb users for their unique amenities and beautiful views.
Airbnb currently shows over 500 short-term home rentals available in and around Ocala, which should come as no surprise. With hundreds of lakes, rivers, springs, and trails nearby, there is no denying that the city of Ocala is situated amidst some of the most beautiful, natural bodies of water and parks across the state.
Many of the Airbnb locations deemed “Guest Favorites” are located along those bodies of water, including the following 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom cabin in Silver Springs.
The lakefront home is situated on Owens Lake, with a waterfront view from its backyard.

Right across the way on Owens Lake, the “Copper Cover Cottage” offers similarly spectacular views of the body of water.
The home features two bedrooms, one bathroom, and three beds, according to its Airbnb listing.
The open concept allows for lots of natural light and readily available views of the lake.
The property also features access to two full size kayaks, a propane grill, and a fire pit.
Additional high-rated Airbnb rentals in the area include the following A-Frame cabin, which is only 10 minutes from Santos Trailhead.
The home features two bedrooms and an open layout, with floor-to-ceiling windows that allow for ample natural light and views of the surrounding trees.
The home also features a deck with a hot tub that overlooks the property.
The backyard of the property features a fire pit and bonfire area, equipped with a tree swing.
Multiple reviews have described the property as “beautiful” and “amazing,” saying the surroundings created a “peaceful and luxurious stay.”
“This was a magical experience. The drive there was as serene as it gets. The property is surrounded with just the right amount of nature and equipped with all that is need for a glamping experience,” said Airbnb user Maribel about her stay a few months ago.
